Now operating under the name La Suite, the agency is constantly renewing itself and remains at the forefront of changes in the industry. Unique in its kind, it is also one of the few bilingual agencies in Canada representing such a wide variety of artists and models of all ages, cultural backgrounds and languages, all under the same banner of Agence La Suite.
La Suite's mission is to offer a human, professional, dedicated and bilingual service, as well as to develop personalized and effective communications with its artists and industry professionals to ensure their blossoming in their respective artistic milieu, while meeting the needs of the Canadian industry.

“After WWII and the ensuing economic crisis, Québec enjoyed an unprecedented period of growth not seen since the turn of the century, resulting in a healthy start for the fashion industry. Montréal played an important role in this chapter because this was where the first intrepid entrepreneurs dared to venture in the world of haute couture. [...] It was during this period when the first modelling agency/finishing school opened its doors in Montréal. Constance Brown featured classes on building a wardrobe, good manners, maintaining their figure and developing a personality. In addition, Constance Brown also provided training for Air Canada flight attendants.” 1.
Established in 1957 under the name “Constance Brown”, the agency is the oldest modelling and talent agency in the vibrant city of Montreal.
Twenty something years after her arrival from Germany to Montréal, Sybille Sasse meets Constance Brown. It’s in 1990 that Constance makes her the bold proposition of purchasing her agency. Sybille will live up to the challenge for the next 27 years. A woman of strength and vision, she will be the first in Montreal to display her artists on the world wide web.
With a strong focus on diversity, the agency establishes itself as a stand-alone organization that caters to any type of talent requirements from photography, hostessing and trade shows to film, commercials, Tv shows, voice talent. The agency represents the widest age range of artists, from 3 months old to 80 years old.
Michèle joins the agency in 2004, following a brief career in advertising. She takes to the agency like a duck to water. Driven by a passion for theatre, she quickly brings the actor division of the agency to a higher level. Over the years, Sybille and Michèle build a strong partnership. On April 1st 2017, during the agency 60th anniversary celebrations, the torch is passed to Michèle, making her the 3rd woman to lead the agency.
To meet the visionary side of Michèle and stay abreast of the many changes in the industry, the agency expands its team and initiates its transition while preserving its uniqueness that characterizes it.
